Staff on-board very helpful with luggage, amicable and polite. I would have given a 4-star for this service but had to downgrade due to severe and dire counter service (Petro-Canada) for parcel shipments and customer service.Orlans Express had to affiliate themselves to some Petro-Canada gas stations in the region in order to board on/off travellers, issue boarding passes and manage shipments. For some stations management is excellent but for Petro-Canada Paspbiac each and every time it's pure havoc.
